Holding Deposits

To secure a unit, we require a $1,000 holding deposit and a signed holding form via DocuSign. This deposit will go toward your damage deposit (equal to 50% of one month's rent) on move-in. Please note, the deposit is non-refundable unless the application is denied. You may transfer it to another unit or adjust your move-in date if needed.
